Olde Point is a well-established community in Hampstead that borders the Intracoastal Waterway. It has a semi-private golf course with 18 holes of golf, tennis courts and deeded access to the Harbor Village Yacht Club boat ramp on the Intracoastal Waterway, and boat-trailer parking near the ramp for a small annual fee.
There is a diverse selection of housing options in Olde Pointe. For boaters, the most expensive homes are those located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway with private piers and docks and fantastic views of Topsail Sound and distant ocean views.
