Turtle Hall is a picturesque coastal community located in the Greenville Sound Area of Wilmington. It is situated directly on the Intracoastal Waterway with its own community marina with deep-water boat slips, a community picnic area with BBQ grills, a covered waterfront gazebo and boardwalks over the marsh. Turtle Hall's marina is diagonally across from Masonboro Inlet so it's easy to get out to the ocean or cruise to Wrightsville Beach, or Masonboro Island for a day at the beach.
It is an older, established neighborhood with mature trees and landscaping and larger sized homesites. Not every home as access to an assigned boat slip but the scenic ponds, marshes and views of the Intracoastal Waterway allow its residents to enjoy the coastal setting. Several of the waterfront communities in the Greenville Sound Area are connected via walkways, easements and bridges over the marsh. Taking a walk, riding your bike or going for a run in this coastal community over the marshes is hard to match and a great way to meet your neighbors.
There are a variety of single family homes in Turtle Hall. The most luxurious are those fronting the Intracoastal Waterway. There are several marsh front homes, pond front homes, homes with water views and homes on interior homesites.
